THE EFFECT OF SENIORITY, JOB PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT, AND LOYALTY ON JOB PROMOTION

This study aims to explain the Seniority variable, job performance assessment, and Loyalty variable Job Promotion activities either partially or simultaneously. research is based on facts in field that seniority factor has more influence activities. The work appraisal does not significantly promotion method used this thesis descriptive quantitative. data was collected by conducting interviews distributing questionnaires 100 employees of PERUMDAM Mojopahit Mojokerto as a collection technique. A proportional Random Sampling technique needed for sampling study. done randomly from entire population regardless position sample. After were analyzed using multiple linear regression. results showed two conclusions partially, Work Performance Assessment did affect Promotion.At same time, affected Promotion. Meanwhile, variables Seniority, Assessment, have simultaneous effect Promotion.
